Worship
We’d be honored if you’d choose to join us. Worship is from 10:00am – 11:15am each Sunday. Children’s ministry run during worship.
The corporate worship at CenterPoint is designed to glorify God by leading the body of Christ (our local Church) in times giving through confession, praise, service, and applying God’s word to our lives.
Our worship is neither traditional nor contemporary. We prefer the term “historical.” We have an amazing band that leads us in worship through song by singing the old, old hymns and some very new songs of our faith. We celebrate The Lord’s Supper the first Sunday of the month and baptism the last Sunday. We receive an offering each week to further the gospel work, and once a month we receive an offering for the mercy ministries of the church. Most would say our dress is casual. We just want everyone to feel accepted regardless of how they dressed.
We believe the Bible is God’s very own written word. Therefore it is our only rule of faith and practice. God’s Word, not contemporary culture is what guides us in how we “do” worship.
